Controller
Lodex publishes AI Training Data Broker and decides how form submissions are used, which makes it the data controller. Write to hello@aitrainingdata.broker.
What we collect
- Monthly price update: your email address, and your company name if you give it.
- Offer check request: your email address, the description of the offer, and optionally your name, company, headcount and the figures you entered in the offer checker.
- With either form: the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address kept for one hour to limit abuse.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The tools on the site run in your browser and send nothing.
Why, and on what basis
- Sending the monthly update you asked for: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Answering an offer check request: steps you asked us to take.
- Limiting form abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms usable.
Who sees it
Submissions are stored in this site's own database and sent to us as an email or chat notification so that someone can act on them. Our hosting, database and email providers process them on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or pass them on to any data programme, buyer or other third party.
How long we keep it
Update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Offer check requests are kept as long as needed to answer them and any follow-up you agree to; ask us to delete one at any time. The IP hash used for rate limiting is deleted after one hour.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@aitrainingdata.broker. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live.
